Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Income Recertification Specialists with experience in Real Estate and Property Management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist Property Managers in handling lease renewals, tenant recertifications, document processing, and administrative support while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly lease renewals and prepare all required documentation for interim and annual recertifications or lease renewal signings
  • Verify tenant income, assets, and applicable deductions
  • Send and follow up on required documents and verifications needed to complete recertifications
  • Collect and organize tenant documents and requirements
  • Accept and process tenant applications
  • Review and evaluate submitted documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with rent collection, billing statements, payment posting, and receipt deposits
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate resident records and files
  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Property Management, preferably supporting US-based real estate companies
  • Experience in Affordable Housing is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the property management industry and recertification processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite at our Sucat, Parañaque office
